We’re looking for:
🔧 Authorised Technicians
🔧 Entry Level Technicians

Based in South Wales, this role offers the opportunity to work on a growing fleet of wind turbines.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Preventative & corrective maintenance on wind turbines
✔ Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic & electrical systems
✔ Major component replacements including generators & blades
✔ Supporting safe and efficient site operations
✔ Working as part of a skilled, motivated team in the renewable energy sector

What we’re looking for:
⚡ Hands-on engineering experience
⚡ GWO Certification & WTSR Training (preferred for experienced roles)
⚡ Strong problem-solving & communication skills
⚡ Willingness to travel and work at heights
⚡ A proactive, team-focused attitude

As Gael Energy continues to grow within the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join our team in Alness.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a business. The role will involve a variety of commercial and administrative responsibilities, including payroll timesheets, invoice processing, supplier liaison, expense reconciliation, and general office support.

We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Strong organisational and administrative skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Confidence communicating with suppliers and colleagues
✔ Good numerical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔ The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Last week the team at Gael Energy had a fantastic time attending All-Energy Exhibition and Conference 2026.

It was brilliant to meet so many people from across the renewable energy industry, catch up with familiar faces, and have some great conversations about the future of the sector. A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by our stand, chat with the team, and of course pick up a pair of our Gael Energy x OddBalls pants!

We’d also like to say a big thank you to Blackhall & Powis for sharing the stand with us throughout the event - it was great working alongside the team over the two days.

Events like All-Energy are a great reminder of how collaborative and innovative this industry is, and we’re proud to be part of it.

We’re already looking forward to next year - but for now, it’s back to work and back to keeping the turbines turning. 🍃
