A customer reported that their boiler only worked intermittently and with loud noises when it did so 😥

I diagnosed a blocked heat exchanger due to a lack of proper servicing - unfortunately the heat exchanger was now beyond repair 👨🏼‍🔧

A replacement heat exchanger was fitted to ensure the exhaust gases could now be removed from the boiler, allowing the boiler to run safely 🏠
