In June, we were delighted to welcome Davide to the team through the Intern Europe programme.

Joining us from Switzerland, Davide is currently in his second year of a Mechanical Design Apprenticeship. During his four-week placement, he quickly became a valued member of our Manufacturing Engineering team.

Throughout his time with us, Davide made a significant contribution by helping to introduce Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and developing visual aids to support improvements in production quality. He also applied his knowledge of 3D printing to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

We would like to thank Davide for his hard work and the valuable support he provided to the Manufacturing Engineering team, and we wish him every success with the remainder of his studies and future career.

To make the most of today’s glorious sunshine, we treated all employees across our Steeple and Greystone sites to a visit from the ice cream van. 🍦☀️

A small token of appreciation for the hard work, commitment and dedication shown by our teams every day. It was great to see everyone taking a well-deserved break, enjoying the sunshine and a sweet treat together.
