🪚 Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation AND a New Roof 🔨

Here we renovated this property for a client who moved up from Liverpool and once again put her faith in R1 Construction to get this job completed professionally.

With a few surprises- From layers of wet wall & tiles in the bathroom with floors completely rotten…to, whilst doing the roof, the weather was not on our side. BUT our client could not have been any more understanding and was great to work for.

From ripping the house to bits internally..installing her lovely new kitchen and bathroom…then on to her roof aswell.

We also laid her new LVT click vinyl flooring throughout the whole property and renewed all the skirtings

At R1 Construction we do it all and if we can’t do it we know who can!

From first class finishings, kitchens and bathrooms… to specialising in general building and steel works… to concrete and drainage and many different types of roofing aswell.

WE DO IT ALL !!!

🪚- Upper Extension in Kilwinning-🔨

We built a second storey extension and renovated the full property throughout. From ripping out the existing property, to the roof, to the last decking board. We project managed the full project from start to finish- to include rough casting, painting, carpeting, T.V Aerials and more.…

This was an absolutely fantastic project for us and the clients took the gamble to put there faith in us with being a newly developed building company. They couldn’t have co operated anymore and were absolutely delighted with the outcome of their new family home.
