Here at Ayling Groundworks we undertake
a wide variety of excavation techniques including Vacuum Excavation. This technique provides a much safer lower risk alternative to traditional excavator dug trenches.
Especially when excavating in densely populated service areas where traditional excavators cannot safely work.
With high suction powered trucks, we’re able to expertly excavate the ground with little risk of damage to underground services and limiting personal injury.

A few shot’s from trenching in a variety of conditions on this farm in Sussex. These trenches are all part of a sustainable farming project. We have been lucky enough to be involved with this family run business for a long time, witnessing their growth and development of this stunning location. As with a lot of our projects now we are providing as built topo surveys using our in-house gps set up.

UFO landing pad or beautiful new eco system?…. You decide! We completed this pond as part of a larger scale irrigation project on a permaculture farm in West Sussex. joined forces with us to help build a beautiful round wood timber jetty.

These pictures are taken from an on going project. Our operator Mark has done a fantastic job of digging and shaping this new reservoir on an equine facility in West Sussex. We have controlled the whole project, from in house GPS setting out, all machine work and even working in conjunction with the liner installers. 2024 looks to be a busy year for the team at Ayling Groundworks so if you’ve a project in mind get in touch. 💪🏻👍
