Lots of brickwork on site this week.
1 wall will be full brick, 1 will be rendered and we've also bricked up an old doorway.

Big day getting the first steel in place.

This job is currently ongoing but thought I'd post an update
Here we have removed a chimney and repaired roof and made good all internal walls and ceilings.
Created a new hallway and divided kitchen into two giving client separate utility.
Created new doorways and blocked up old one no longer required
All new entrances will have pocket doors install once delivered.
More updates to follow.

Bit of a different experience this week. Working with penguins 🐧.
Currently job is to remove the old boat feature in the enclosure with plans in process to rebuild something in its place.

Some more detailed pictures from the canopy works.
4 lights installed and linked to key fobs that allow clients to turn lights on and off remotely. A touch pad switch was also installed inside the property for use without the need for fobs.
White panelling and soffits used to tie in with the windows.
Guttering to be redirected once ground works are completed and oak posts installed during next phase of works for this client.

Canopy build completed last week. 💪
Few final finishing touches to complete tomorrow but here is some pics for now.
Customer is looking for some landscaping work to be done at front of the property which we are in discussion about now and Oak posts will be installed for finished look - stay tuned for those updates.

Removing built up garden levels and building retaining walls is hard work but well worth it to gain so much more usable space. Final end product pictures to be revealed soon
