We’re proud to have been featured by BBC Derby Radio following the successful restoration of the historic Grade II listed railings and bollards on Duffield Road, Derby.

This project was all about preserving an important part of Derby’s heritage, and it’s fantastic to see the hard work, craftsmanship and attention to detail from our team recognised publicly. A brilliant achievement for everyone involved.

🎉 Congratulations to Donna and Dan! 🎉
We’re delighted to share that Donna and Dan have been successfully elected and admitted to the BeFloodReady CIWEM Property Flood Resilience Professional Specialist Register and are now Members of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
This fantastic achievement follows the completion of approximately 70 hours of specialist training, including two days of classroom-based learning at HR Wallingford, as well as successfully passing the required coursework and interview stages.

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, we’re now midway through Phase 2a of the street works improvement scheme at Duffield Road & Five Lamps in Derby.

Significant progress has already been made, including major upgrades to the pedestrian crossings, helping to improve safety and accessibility for everyone using the area.

Great to see the transformation taking shape as the project continues.

Last Friday, we were proud to participate in the project presentations of Derby College Group's T-Level in Design, Surveying, and Planning students, which we set for them.

Over three weeks, the students tackled real-world challenges linked to tendering and delivering construction projects, gaining hands-on insight into Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Land & Building Surveying, and Civil Engineering.

We issued awards for the Team Overall Winner, an Initiative Award, the Best Team Player and the Most Thorough and Methodical.

It’s encouraging to see such strong technical ability, teamwork, and professionalism from the next generation of construction professionals. We’re pleased to support initiatives like this that help develop future talent for our industry.

Thank you to Derby College and the wider employer panel for the collaboration.

Starting the year off strong 💪, we successfully completed the resurfacing of Short Stay 1 at East Midlands Airport. We finished on time, within budget, and, most importantly, safely. Well done to everyone involved!
