All the old artex removed, fully prepped with SBR & PVA, then finished with three solid coats of plaster to achieve a smooth, modern finish. Job kept tidy throughout

Really enjoyed completing this recent project alongside my cousin Jack Miles

The clients wanted to make the most of this space and turn it into a warm, dry, and practical area to use all year round.

All existing roofing was removed back to the original structure before the following works were carried out:

• Installation of a new lean-to roof
• Three-layer felt system installed with correct falls
• New gutters and outlets fitted
• New anthracite grey door supplied and installed, including cat flap
• Bespoke kitchen units and shelving installed
• Tumble dryer and washing machine encased in MDF to reduce noise and prevent movement
• New sink and taps installed
• Wall tiles fitted to prevent water splash-back and provide a clean, tidy finish

The clients were absolutely made up with the transformation, which has already led to further works being discussed.

📍Walton-on-Thames

The client was experiencing issues with damp coming down the chimney breast of the property.

I carried out remedial works including the installation of new lead flashings, fitting an air brick, sealing the brickwork with a damp-proof treatment, and installing a chimney cowl to improve ventilation and help draw out moisture.

These works were completed a few years ago, and the area remains dry with no further issues.

Here’s a job we completed a few years ago on a block of four flats:

• Complete new roof installation
• Loft boarded and insulated
• Full fascia, soffit, and gutter replacement
• Garage roofs renewed with new insulated anthracite sheets

Clients were over the moon with the transformation, which led to plenty more work on neighbouring properties.

Hello everyone

Just wanted to share a few snaps from some of the jobs I’ve been working on over the past few months. 📸

Since I don’t do much advertising outside of this page, I’ll be posting more of my work here to keep you up to date.

The work’s been non-stop since leaving my dad and uncle, and I’m really happy with the progress! Big thanks to all the amazing people I’ve met along the way.

Most of my work comes through recommendations and word of mouth, and that’s how I want to keep it — but I’d also love to show old friends and existing customers some of what I’ve been up to!

📍 Richmond Project Update

This property is scheduled for a survey in the coming years, so our goal was to prepare it for the winters ahead by ensuring it remains dry and well-maintained.

Scope of Works:
• Installed new dry valleys
• Added step lead flashings
• Applied a three-layer flat roof system
• Fitted new black PVC fascia
• Constructed a new cement verge
• Replaced broken tiles with the closest available

The client was extremely satisfied with the results, leading to further work being secured.
