This is a liquid screeded floor being sanded. We offer this service for a number of different reasons. Sanding the floor helps to:
-Reduce drying times
-Improves adhesion for floor finishes
-Meets manufacturer and warranty requirements of final floor covering
-Smooths minor imperfections

We have recently completed this development. This scope of works included installing a 1200g DPM, 150mm rigid insulation, 500g VCL and supply and lay a 75mm sand and cement fibre screed.
