Trumpet Housings for our High Clearance Kits, fresh from production. These critical components are key to our Hi-Crop conversion kits, designed to give New Holland and CASE IH tractors the extra clearance they need for specialist farming applications.

Throwback to this impressive County high-clearance conversion of the Massey Ferguson 65.

Built for working in the tropics, these specialist tractors were designed primarily for sugar-cane operations and marketed as Hi-Hi Clearance Tractors.

Around 200 examples were built between 1964 and 1971, making these a fascinating and relatively rare piece of agricultural engineering history.

A great example of County’s ability to transform standard tractors for highly specialised applications.

Helping farmers get more from every season.

Our Hi-Crop conversion kit provides a practical and affordable way to convert an existing tractor into a high-clearance machine, ideal for working in tall row crops. By allowing access later into the growing season, Hi-Crop helps maximise crop potential, extend harvest windows, and increase yields without the need for costly specialist equipment.

The big advantage of our Hi-Crop system is the thought we have put into the installation. Our solid cast-iron housings have easy access for fixings and converting a standard tractor to an improved Hi-Crop model can be completed in less than a day. It's quick, easy and entirely reversible!

At County Engineering, safety is more than a priority — it's a core value. As a family-owned engineering business, we are committed to creating a safe working environment for our staff and partners.

That’s why we’re proud to support No Falls Week — a vital campaign from the No Falls Foundation running from 18-22 May 2026, focused on promoting safe working at height.

Through our 'Target Zero' system, we strive to minimise accidents and foster a culture where everyone goes home safe, every day. Supporting initiatives like No Falls Week aligns with our mission to continuously improve health and safety standards across the engineering sector.

We encourage our network to get involved and help raise awareness of height safety.

Since 1929, County has been supplying engineering solutions and components to Ford, starting with the iconic 6-wheel trucks modified by the Tapp brothers to give them greater capability and performance.

Nearly a century later, that spirit of innovation continues.

We were proud to support this incredible Ford Transit AWD build for the MAROC Challenge, helping add even more off-road capability before it tackled the demanding desert stages of Morocco. County Engineering contributed with transmission support expertise and diff lock installation, helping transform the Transit into a serious off-road contender.

The project is a fantastic example of how capable the Ford Transit platform can be when combined with the right engineering solutions and technical expertise.

A huge effort from everyone involved in the build, and we’re proud to have played our part in getting this Transit ready for Morocco.

Throwback to 1983 and the County‑spec Ford Transit Demonstrator.

Raised suspension, off‑road tyres and ready for anything. These units ended up working everywhere from Pakistan to the Falklands. A proper piece of Transit history.
