Another flat roof transformed recently⛏️⚒️

Another failed grp system allowing water to ingress and cause damp inside.
So we stripped off and removed the rotten plywood deck and grp and then installed a new 18mm Osb Deck.

And then installed a 3 layer torch on system. Tiles reinstated and waste removed.✅

A Recent Job In Tonbridge🔨

We had to remove a total of four roofs to get back to the original deck before installing an 18mm Osb deck and a 3-layer torch on system. 👌

A Recent Job in Sandhurst🔨

A lead valley which had an incorrect code 4 lead replacement which had split and caused a major leak.

So we removed the old lead and installed new Code-6 Lead and then retile the area whilst replacing multiple tiles.

Job done and a very happy customer✅

Another Flat Roof Replacement undertaken in Canterbury👌

Old system and deck removed and replaced with a new 18mm Osb deck and a 3-layer torch on system.⚒️

New Rooflight installed and code-4 lead flashings and new guttering fitted at the rear.

Flat Roof Replacement undertaken in Staplehurst.⚒️

Due to a poorly installed Grp fibreglass system that was only four years old, water has been ingressing through crack and pinholes in the system and compromised the structure underneath.⛏️

We removed the old system and deck and installed a new 18mm Osb Deck and a New 3-layer Torch-on system with code 4 lead flashings to finish.

Job Done ✅

Bay Window & Porch Roof Replacement carried out in Cranbrook.

Bay window was leaking due to poor installation and no back flashings. So we stripped off both areas and replaced them with a 2-layer torch-on system.
