Warrich Construction LTD is looking to bring experienced Bricklayers on board as we continue to grow across the North East.

We’re a hardworking, reliable team that takes pride in delivering quality workmanship on every project.

We’re looking for others who share that same standard, that turn up ready to graft, work well with others, and take real pride in a neat, professional finish.

🧱 The Role Will Include:

• Brick and block laying to a high standard
• Facework and structural blockwork
• Footings and foundation brickwork
• Cavity walls and insulation installation
• Working from drawings and site plans
• Ensuring work is level, plumb, and finished to spec
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

Our projects include residential builds and general construction works, so experience across different types of brick and block work is important.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a bricklayer
• CSCS card (essential)
• Ability to read and work from drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Full UK driving licence preferred

📅 Job Type: Full-time Monday-Friday weekends optional.

Warrich Construction is looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team!

Duties include:
🔨 Assisting tradespeople
📦 Loading/unloading
materials
🧹 Site clean-up
🛠️ Using tools (training provided)

Requirements:
✔️ Hardworking and physically fit
✔️ Punctual and reliable
✔️ Experience is a bonus but not essential
✔️ Driver’s licence and transport is a plus

At Warrich Construction LTD, we’re a hardworking, local team delivering quality groundwork and civils projects across the North East. Due to continued growth and new projects starting, we’re looking for an experienced Groundworks / Civils Operative to join us.

We’re after someone reliable, hands-on, and proud of the work they produce, someone who wants steady work and to be part of a team that takes pride in doing things properly.

🔨 You’ll be involved in:
• Drainage (deep & shallow)
• Foundations & concrete works
• Kerbing, slabbing & paving
• Ducting
• Working from site drawings

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Proven groundwork experience
• CSCS card (essential)
• CPCS / NPORS (beneficial but not essential)
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Another big year done and dusted, with plenty of growth and hard work along the way.

What an achievement! 👏

We couldn’t be prouder of the lads for the incredible blood, sweat, and tears they poured into completing the walk for JJ. 💙
After three gruelling days, they crossed the finish line—tired, sore, but full of pride. This trek wasn’t just a physical challenge, it was a tribute filled with heart, strength, and purpose.
