If your working with hot oil, fuel or low pressure steam, you'll want to use Black Mild Steel fittings.

Also known as wrought iron fittings, they're rated up to 25 bar in pressure and manufactured to BS EN 10241 standard.

With tapered male and parallel female fittings they're commonly used with BS EN 10255 steel pipe.

You’ve probably heard the term wrought iron, but did you know that most modern "wrought iron" products are actually made from mild steel?

Wrought iron, means "worked iron", and was traditionally heated and shaped by blacksmiths into gates, railings, and decorative metalwork.

Today, true wrought iron is rarely used, with most modern products being crafted from mild steel while maintaining the same classic look and durability.

The warehouse is filling up nicely again 📦
A fresh load came in this week, with crates lined up and ready to go out to customers.

Plenty more valves, fittings, tubes and process equipment back on the shelves and ready for upcoming jobs.
