What was once a small dining room, kitchen, and double garage is now a stunning open-plan dining space with a brand new kitchen.

This beautiful shaker-style kitchen, finished in Hartforth Blue and Dove Grey, is paired with a practical utility room offering ample storage and dedicated laundry space.

The breakfast pantry neatly houses the microwave, kettle, and toaster, keeping everything tucked away when guests arrive and leaving the worktops clear and clutter-free.

Relocating the kitchen from the rear to the front of the property has completely transformed the space, allowing for a much larger and more functional layout.

The new light-filled room, paired with pale tiles flooring, reflects natural light beautifully to create a bright and airy feel. The sage green in-frame slab kitchen and cabinetry sit effortlessly against the dramatic Abstractica worktop, creating the perfect balance of soft tones and bold design.

Nestled in a small hamlet, this delightful cottage has been transformed with structural alterations to the ground floor. By opening up the rear of the property and installing bifold doors we created a bright, open plan kitchen / dinner and utility area. New flooring and kitchen make this delightful new space that enhances both the flow and functionality of the home.

A lovely way to end 2025 walking past one of our projects in a conservation area. The double storey side and rear extension sits beautifully. The bespoke oak porch forms a charming new entrance leading to the new lobby. Such a delightful cottage. Happy New Year!!

This project involved the construction of a single-storey side extension and a double-storey rear extension to significantly enhance the home’s living space.

The ground floor was reconfigured to create a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed as the main family hub with direct access to the garden. The layout also incorporates a separate utility room and an additional shower room, improving day to day practicality and functionality.

The first floor extension provides a guest bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom.

Overall, the extensions have transformed the property by increasing usable space, improving flow, and creating a modern family-focused layout suitable for both everyday living and entertaining
