About Us – Our Story
Before our doors officially opened in March 2025, there were countless conversations at the kitchen table, sketches drawn late into the night, and dreams spoken out loud with equal parts excitement and fear. Darren and Sarah always imagined owning a skip manufacturing business—not just for the sake of it, but because they believed they could bring something better to the indus

try: stronger builds, honest service, and a genuine connection with customers. The early days were a mix of long hours, sparks flying from welds, and the steady rhythm of growth. Every skip that left our unit carried a piece of our story with it. And then something incredible happened—people noticed. Our reputation for quality and reliability spread faster than we imagined. Orders grew, relationships strengthened, and the workshop walls began to feel smaller with each passing month. What started as a dream soon demanded the space to grow into its full potential. Today, we stand in our new 10,000‑square‑foot facility—ten times the size of where we began. Ten times the room to innovate, to create, and to continue building a business that reflects who we are at our core. But even as we grow, some things remain the same:
Darren and Sarah are still at the heart of everything we do. Still hands‑on. Still passionate. Still committed to manufacturing skips with a level of care and integrity that can’t be mass‑produced. D&S Skip Services Ltd isn’t just a company—it’s the story of a dream brought to life, and the beginning of many chapters still to come.
