Timber prices increase by 23% in a month 😳

That now means that imported sawn or planed wood is now 64% more expensive than it was in July 2020 😱

Supply constraints for this along with steel, cement and roofing products means it's a tough time for the construction industry right now 😕

Luckily we've managed to source everything we've needed to complete all of our projects in a timely manner 🙌

Constant communication with our clients has also meant no nasty surprises in terms of price increases 😊

A productive day 1 for the team yesterday 🙌

All of the slabs cleaned, 2/3's taken up and stacked plus a quarter of the existing base taken up and into the skip 👌

Back tomorrow to take up the rest of the slabs ready to re-use and fill up that skip 🥵

Our next exterior project awaits 🙌

We have been awarded a large Patio project in which we are excited to get started on 😁

Instead of replacing the beautiful existing Indian Sandstone slabs we will be giving them some tlc, treating, cleaning and reusing them. They will be laid on to a new sand/cement bed and finished with EASYjoint Jointing Compound 👌

Looking forward to showing you all the before & after photos once the work is complete 😍

A large national construction company has been awarded the £35m contract for the new Kingsbrook Secondary School within the Kingsbrook Housing Development by Bucks County Council.

This is an artists impression of what the School will look like with it's first intake of Students scheduled for 2022.

This will help serve the local community in many ways including the Sports Centre and playing fields being available to them outside of School hours.

We took a clients kitchen and dining room from two separate rooms to a beautiful, open plan living space 😍

We are super proud of this conversion and we'll be back there next year for further exterior renovations 🙌

Time for a garden refresh?

Gerhard, Kyle and the rest of the team enjoyed this project for an existing client in Aylesbury.

Lots of work to complete on both the front and rear garden including laying a new patio for a stunning new hot tub and pergola 😍, a new pathway leading down the the garden shed and a new block paved driveway and turf lawn at the front of the house 👌

To say both the client and us were pleased with the end result is an understatement.
