Myself personally, I am IOSH trained and I am able to carry out risk assessments. All our staff are fully up to date with the latest health and safety regulations, We have full Public Liability Insurance, I am also CRB checked. We have carried out and completed many projects over the years, including Full House Refurbishments, Extensions and Loft Conversions, Most of these projects include new Bathrooms & Kitchen re-fits including all plumbing and tiling works, plastering, internal & external painting works, Carpentry & laminate flooring. We cover everything from start to finish. Our maintenance department works along side the Building and refurbishment section, enabling us to provide pro-active and re-active maintenance for agents and landlords alike. This covers everything from simple fixes like re-hanging curtain poles, leaking tap washers etc right through to boiler repairs and larger maintenance issues that may occur with a property
Our plumbers are Gas Safe Registered; Electricians are all qualified to the latest 17th Edition regulations. We work closely the client throughout any project we undertake and can adapt our working day to make sure things run smoothly and keep any disruption to a minimum
