Stoke Mandeville Garage Conversion. Keep part front of garage for storage with new electric roller door. Separate divide for new utility. New waste connected into drains. Hot water instantaneous heater. Electric heater. Insulated, skimmed and painted with new floor.

Simple on budget driveway makeover. Simply remove existing concrete paths, slabs. Replace broken edgers. Paint black below dpc. Compacted hardcore and golden 20mm gravel.

Back to Icknield close to transform the front. Repairs to brickwork, chase cables, new pink silicone render and aluminium porch canopy. Metal anthracite cladding to the bad brickwork done by previous contractor on side extension. Painted anthracite to dpc brickwork and tiled corbels.
