Workshop upgrades — because standing still isn’t in our DNA. 🔧⚡
We’ve been busy at Cutlist HQ. Here’s what’s new:
💨 Extraction upgrades
Linked a third extractor to the beam saw and upgraded the ductwork — next up, a full CNC extraction rebuild with a dedicated unit. Cleaner air, cleaner workshop.
🔪 Edge ba**er cutter blocks — shoutout to
Out with their replaceable-tip blocks, in with solid blocks with welded diamond tips. Better balance = cleaner cuts, longer runs between sharpening, and noticeably quieter operation. Game changer.
🎯 CNC vacuum pods — again, big up
David came in to train our operators on their unique vacuum pods — no additional vacuum support needed, just rock-solid hold straight to the bed. Watch Liam try to move that part once the table’s activated — it’s not going anywhere 😅
We’re already ordering another set to pair with our Centuro for curved edging work. David’s diamond tooling and support on the CNC are also genuinely world-class — if you’re not using him, you should be.
🦵 Anti-fatigue floor mats — welcome
