Job description – Administrator
As a well-known cleaning company in the construction industry we are always looking to expand and progression is always welcome.
This role will include;
Booking in work from various developments and ensuring the information goes onto the diary correctly.
Checking in advance that cleans will be ready for the next day.
Collating sign-offs and works completed from the teams and communicating any issues with them.
Communicating and coordinating with our contracts managers and supervisors of teams.
Booking and contacting clients to arrange Customer Service jobs and ensuring the correct job sheets are approved.
We are looking for;
Someone who can be quick to adapt to a fast running business.
Someone who is a confident communicator over the phone and in person.
We need a person with strong attention to detail, that can pick up on issues and resolve in a timely manner.
Administrative Duties:
Scheduling
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and diary organizing
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Role is designed for progression
Pay : £26,500-£32,000 Per Year
Full Time 8.30-4.30
