Not every roof replacement is just a roof replacement.
This cottage in Knapton required a complete re-roof using Neo Victorian tiles, finished with a Koramic Victorian ridge system.
The project involved much more than replacing the roof covering. We also removed the existing chimney, rebuilt the parapet wall, and installed new lead flashings and crow's foot cappings to ensure the roof was finished correctly and built to last.
It's often the work you can't immediately see that makes the biggest difference to the lifespan and performance of a roof.
The finished result is a roof that not only looks in keeping with the character of the property, but will continue protecting it for many years to come.
