About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This role is open to both trainees looking to develop their skills and experienced professionals who can hit the ground running. You will be involved in the fabrication, assembly, and welding of a variety of metal components to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, and/or MMA processes
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow all health & safety procedures

Requirements
For Trainees:
• Interest in welding/fabrication and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of tools and workshop safety (preferred but not essential)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
For Experienced Candidates:
• Proven experience in welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding (certifications are a plus)
• High level of accuracy and craftsmanship
