Another underbuild extension well underway by The Brickies 👷‍♂️🧱

We started by setting out the build and carrying out the excavation works. Once the foundations were fully prepared, we poured the concrete to create a solid base for the underbuild.

From there, we constructed the full substructure, making sure everything was completed to spec and ready for the solum.

All built and ready for the joiners to come in and install the kit — great progress on this one 💪

RESTORATION EXCELLENCE 🏗️💯! We're thrilled to share a recent project where we tackled a common issue: water ingress causing steel lintel failure 🤯. The steel had expanded, cracking the brickwork above 🙅‍♂️. But we had a solution! 💡

We carefully removed the old steel lintel, taking note of the surrounding brickwork 📝. Then, we replaced it with a durable concrete lintel, ensuring a strong foundation for the brickwork above 💪.

To maintain the original aesthetic, we sourced reclaimed bricks to match the existing ones perfectly 🔍. Our skilled brickies meticulously laid the new bricks, blending them seamlessly with the surrounding structure 🔩.

The result? A beautifully restored façade with no signs of the previous damage 🙌. The brickwork above the lintel is now stable and secure, and the property looks better than ever! 🌟

To maintain the authentic look, we carefully selected reclaimed bricks that matched the existing ones perfectly. 🔍 Then, we meticulously raked out the old mortar, removing all the cracks and crumbling bits 🧹. Finally, we filled the gaps with fresh mortar, ensuring a strong and lasting bond 💪.

The result is a beautifully restored façade that looks like it was always meant to be 🤩. Our customer is over the moon with the final result, and we couldn't be happier! 😊

Our latest project is a masterpiece! 🤩 After strong winds took down our customer's wall, we rebuilt it from scratch! 🌬️🔨 We carefully cleaned and reinstated the original bricks, incorporating them into stunning buttresses that add a touch of elegance to the new block flat wall 🧱 And the grand finale? A sleek, smooth white render that will make the whole structure shine 💫!

We're thrilled to have worked on this project and can't wait to put the finishing touches 🤝
