We’ve just started work on a property here in North Norfolk, removing an old, tired porch that had definitely seen better days.

In its place, we have built a brand-new flint porch, to match the existing flint building. Flint is such a beautiful, traditional material, especially in this part of Norfolk, and when it’s done right, it ties the whole property back into the landscape.

Here we have a lovely little addition to this beautiful old cottage we’re renovating in Roughton. It’s always nice when you have a returning customer. I built a Granny Annexe in the grounds of this property 8 years ago🏠. This cottage was in much need of a complete renovation, so we stripped everything out and started all over again. We’ve been adding the finishing touches to our kitchen extension project here on the Norfolk Coast. We’ve transformed the front of this property by removing this very dated chimney and adding a section of K Rend to sharpen its appearance.
