First 8000 of the year.
Main hex on this abused ecotec was split and the system was out the condensate as quick as you could fill it!

We chopped the pipework back a bit, tidied it up as best we could.
System was minging so full power flush and ended up unblocking pipework feeding rads that hadn’t worked for years.
All working well again and onto the next job!!

So, this was a job to sort out another company’s c**k up.
The open vented hot water system had been replaced by a combi. The only problem was that the flow to the two bathrooms was that bad you couldn’t run more than one tap.
We upgraded the water main into the house, ran new supplies for the bathrooms, fitted a 300l unvented cylinder and crates an s-plan. We kept the kitchen running on the combi side and everything is now working well and correct! .uk

Absolute sweat box this week, almost painful at times with the heat! We’ve replaced a conventional boiler and vented cylinder with a system boiler and Albion ultra steel horizontal unvented cylinder on an S-plan using zone valves and bronze circulator for the hot water and the .uk black clips because they look good! Pleased how it’s turned out and the customer was really happy as well which is all that matters!! Materials from Hecas.
