From starting out as an apprentice to becoming Commercial Manager, Leon Metcalfe has built his career at CMbE one experience at a time. From customer service to travelling the world and now leading our spare sales and aftermarket support, his journey reflects not just how much he has grown, but how much he has grown with the business.
