A massive thank you to the congregation of Baugh Church. They donated the proceeds of their harvest thanksgiving to us. This was especially welcomed this week with all the problems being experienced on the island recently.

Solar would like to thank Seachange .They donated a large part of their leftover food and fruit juices to us. This will be distributed this weekend.We are very grateful to jen, Jack and all their team.

Solar is very grateful for any donations left in the Scarenish phone box. Can we however, remind people to please not leave any food that requires to be refrigerated.Our volunteers only check the phone box weekly .

There is plenty of room in our community cupboard, otherwise known as the Scarenish phone box.We would welcome any donatons of non perishable food, toiletries or seasonal treats. These donatons will help anyone who is struggling financially over the Christmas period.Thank you.

Thank you to everyone who supported the solar table at today's craft fair. Our wonderful courgette and chocolate cake was won by Lorna MacDonald at the Green. We made £175 pounds
