SINTEC UK is looking for an experienced Electromechanical Team Leader to lead installation, maintenance, and commissioning of automation & conveyor systems on UK construction sites.
Key duties:
Oversee and participate in the installation and assembly of systems, including cable management infrastructure, panels, conveyor components, and auxiliary systems
Ensure all works are executed in strict compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and applicable safety and quality regulations
Provide effective supervision, guidance, and mentorship to employees
Liaise with the Line Manager to coordinate technical modifications
Manage materials efficiently by monitoring usage, and reporting shortages
Requirements:
2+ years leading electrical/automation installations (conveyors, ASRS)
SSSTS or SMSTS + ECS or SPA (mandatory)
Electrical or Mechanical qualification
Full UK driving licence & UK work Permit
Fluent English (Russian is a plus)
