Spraybooth / Workshop to rent or take over in Ballyclare 💥
Any kitchen or joinery sprayers interested in renting or taking over a workshop in Ballyclare? The workshop is good to go and has everything set up that you need to start working straight away, from the large booth, prep area, compressor, hose, drying racks, table, storage racks, kitchen, office area and toilets!
I have a few reasons why I'm not using it. The main reason is that my Arthritis has been playing up for well over a year and I simply can't do the work in a proper time frame or I fall apart for weeks on end without having another sprayer to help (I have tried). I am always getting messages and enquiries about spraying work and for the right person/people to come in and take it over, I'm happy to pass the work your way and work with you. I've built a good reputation and haven't needed to advertise for years.
I've always completed the work to the best standard and simply can't offer what other spray companies offer in terms of spraying the doors only and hand painting the rest of the kitchen. I believe a proper professional spray service of a kitchen respray is to spray everything in the kitchen including masking the carcass trims/ end panels etc and spraying them. I understand this isn't how everyone works and I'm not one to judge.
If I can't get anyone to rent or take over the workshop, I'll have to take the booth down and let the landlord rent it out to someone else and ultimately give it up unfortunately.
If you know a sprayer in need of a workshop then please feel free to tag them or send me a message anytime and we can have a chat. Also, if you could share this post I would appreciate it. 🙏🏻
Thanks
David
