With DAERA releasing some grants for equipment some applicants require an Engineers Certificate stating that the structure is structurally safe for a certain period of time. This makes sense and requires a visit, inspection and brief report

Checking that a masonry wall outside Derry is built on site as per the design. These can be problematic as sometimes the bricklayer will just build it from experience and while it might do a good enough job it won't work on paper.

Called into Kildare Village - the designer outlet situated 30 miles from Dublin to check on the new Oak Framed Entrance I designed for Glenfort Timber Engineering. Like myself, the main contractor John Paul Construction are more than satisfied with the final result.
