PCD Contracts Ltd are delighted to announce the successful award of a new contract to deliver improvement works to 140 properties within the Drumtara Estate,Ballymena.

The works will include:
✔️ Roof Replacements
✔️ Window Replacements
✔️ PVC Fascia, Soffits & Guttering
✔️ Composite Cladding

Works are due to commence on site in early Autumn, and we're looking forward to delivering another high-quality project for the local community.

As we prepare to begin, we're looking to connect with reliable subcontractors, suppliers and skilled operatives who would like to be involved in the delivery of this contract.

We have recently completed our latest framework for the NIHE in North Belfast.

Over the last two years we have delivered:

Last week we completed the installation of flood barrier systems at a home in Co. Down, helping to provide added protection and peace of mind ahead of future heavy rainfall.

Measures like door barriers, protected air vents, and backflow prevention can significantly reduce the impact of flooding — but the key is having them in place before water reaches the property.

We’re continuing to work with homeowners, housing associations, and commercial clients to put practical flood protection measures in place where they’re needed most.
