Progress continues at the Strand in East Belfast as sustainability improvements take shape. 🌱

Solar panels have now been installed on the new pitched roof, marking another key milestone in the refurbishment project. We're also introducing external insulation to the building for the first time in its 90-year history, helping to improve energy efficiency and enhance the building's long-term performance.

Exciting to see the external facades beginning to emerge at our Belfast city centre Adagio Aparthotel project.

With the red brickwork, curtain walling, rainscreen cladding and architectural detailing now revealed, the building is really starting to take shape. It's always rewarding to see a project progress through each stage of construction and watch the vision come to life.

School may be out for summer, but the team is hard at work as great progress continues at Roddensvale School . ☀️🏗️

Recent milestones include:
• Roofing trusses and panels installed to the new classrooms
• Internal beam structure progressing well
• Corridor joisting now underway, ready to receive roofing panels next week
• Bricklaying works now complete
• First fix mechanical and electrical installations have commenced within the new building 🛠️

Alteration and improvement works to the existing school are also underway, maximising progress while holidays mean pupils and staff are off-site. 👏

Fantastic focus and drive from everyone involved. We look forward to sharing more progress as the project continues to develop.
