White ogee fascia,soffit,guttering, and downpipes fitted.

Replacing the timber fascia and soffit provides a low maintenance free upgrade

* Anthracite grey windows and double doors fitted.
* All internal walls and ceilings insulated

* Steel left exposed as a feature and painted
* Dry lined
* Barn style doors on bedroom and bathroom
* Water-resistant laminate floor fitted through out
* Bevelled edge skirting and architrave with hockey stick
* External composite cedar collating fitted

• Rejoist with deck tape fitted
• Decked in light grey composite, charcoal composite fence and capping piece
• 2 flower beds created
• All materials delivered and took away
