We haven't posted much for a while, but that's because we have been incredibly busy with several new developments, as you will see in the coming weeks...
Amongst other projects; Fresh Living Spaces & Home Improvements have been building this beautiful single storey extension pool room with OxPlastering & Home Improvements for Simon & Lauren in Bicester and boy is it a nice luxury addition to their home, having almost doubled the downstairs of their home, creating a fantastic fresh space for them to host family get togethers, parties and have a few friends visit for some competitive pool in what is now probably the nicest pool room in the county!
We worked with Simon & Lauren to design and create something to their specification that would suit their needs and exceed all of their expectations from the original ideas that were discussed during our first meeting, whilst also maintaining a keen eye on working within their budget.
Outside of the absolutely stunning 4m x 2m roof lantern and the gorgeous rustic bar that's sure to serve up many a cold beer and cocktail in the coming summertime, one lovely little feature that you might notice is that there are a set of shelves in the corner of the room which we decided to turn into a great little talking point, as they now open up as a secret door to go through to their pre-existing utility room which may well later also include a fresh downstairs bathroom!
We have also built composite decking outside which will feature some lovely up-lit planters and steps and later in the year the garden will be redesigned to complement their gorgeous new pool room.
