Cross-hatch testing carried out immediately after curing showed strong adhesion performance at significantly lower bake temperatures.

Using the same gun settings as the incumbent powder, our material achieved:
• 134 μm DFT
• 118 μm DFT
• 144 μm DFT
• 144 μm DFT
…all while the existing powder typically delivered 80–100 μm at those settings .
That’s a 35% improvement in transfer efficiency — meaning less powder waste, better coverage, and lower cost per coated part.

✔️ Lower Cure = Lower Energy Use
Curing at 160°C rather than traditional higher temps opens the door to meaningful energy savings, faster throughput, and reduced carbon output.
