usands. All Melts and Casts are controlled with our Spectro-graph and can be traced back through cast test bars. Using an external and independent test houses we can provide testing needed. Swan Shephard was set up in 1999 and offers low cost Castings in all materials for Central Europe, both raw and fully machined. We have an office in Krakow, with 4 members of staff, all English Speaking. Swan Precision Castings and Engineering is the most recent arm of the group, it is based around the lost wax process. This process can achieve extremely tight and precise tolerances as well as a smoother surface finish.
