I was delighted to receive this letter from the client regarding this project and given permission to share it here...

Thank you for safeguarding our lawn, as requested, managing the delay caused by the 'national lockdown' and handling our additional requests so successfully. The final cost was as per your original estimate so you have us as very satisfied customers, who may well be approaching you for additional work.
