New feature wall with built in electric fire, floating base wall units and TV enclosure.

Moulded panel beading fitted around the room to add some extra character.

- stair risers & stringers reclad with new mdf to give a nice smooth finish for painting.
- ⁠original newl posts clad with oak & new oak handrails with a glass infill to finish the stairs off nicely.

Old Shower Room / Utility Room Revamp

Customer wanted her old shower room to be repurposed into a utility room.

We disconnected the shower and had the pipework rerouted for her washing machine.

Room framed, insulated & plaster boarded to give a warmer and more practical space.

Worktop & shelving was added to create a workspace and storage. Original sink reinstalled.

Electrical sockets and lighting added.

Widened door opening with new door to allow for appliances to be installed.

Media Wall with removable shelving and storage

This living room was in need of a refresh. We changed the layout of the room, boarding up the old fire place and creating a false chimney breast and media wall. We added some shelving and unit storage space but on this occasion, the client (my wife) wanted the storage and shelves to be removable so that she could switch up the room at Christmas time.
