We stripped 8 layers of stuff on this flat roof, bare to the joist as it was to much weight and also underneath the already boarded roof was 3 layers of torch on and chip boards. So the customer wanted an EPDM kit with 20 years guaranteed on the materials, and we offer one year for the workmanship with paper work that comes in for any hassle.

Front gable end was done by a cowboy making the tiles to kick up under the pvc fascia, so we had to strip it and put the timber levelled with the roof and put a new pvc, also the pointing was terrible so we repointed it. On the other side the timber was rotted so we stripped the old pvc on and timber off and put new ones on. In the valley lead there was cracks in it, it was letting alot of water in. So we stripped one side of the valley only that was leaking, put new lead on and repointed the valley. One happy customerđź’™
