Garage conversion job we’ve just completed on a new build site in Barnoldswick, job consisted of splitting the area into storage at the front and a music studio room at back, 75mm raised screed floor in storage area to stop rain blowing under garage door then raised timber floor in back room with 100mm kingspan between joists, thermal boards fitted to exterior walls, it’s got 10 double sockets and 4 pendant lights that all work independently off there own dimmer switches to all for different lighting over each instrument, external fire door fitted and hardwood floor with torus skirting boards to finish, decorating was done by customer but other than that all work was finished by ourselves, also fitted an extra 2 security lights with 3 different pir sensors around the garage to give the customer peace of mind his equipment will remain safe 👍

Another K rend job just completed, also replaced all fascias/soffits and guttering etc for new black plastic, all walls finished in white K rend with pewter grey plinths below dpc, was a challenge this one as all walls and roof timbers were not level or plumb but really happy with how it worked out.
