A quiet month on a website can still involve plenty of work behind the scenes.

My free Care Report Manager helps you keep that work together in WordPress. Add a client, record the maintenance activities and choose which entries belong in their report.

When it is time to send a summary, select the client and date range, add your notes and recommendations, then preview the report. Use your browser’s Print / Save as PDF option to keep a copy and share it through your usual workflow.

It is a local reporting tool. Adding a client’s website does not connect to it or monitor it remotely. Record work on other sites manually.

The screenshot uses an example client, with no real client information. No account or licence key is needed for the plugin.

Changing an image used across a WordPress site shouldn't mean finding every page and replacing it by hand.

This is the replacement tool in my free Media Library plugin. It keeps the existing attachment and image URLs. Check the pages afterwards and clear any caches if the old image is still showing.

The clip uses a demo site with fictional data and generated narration.

03/04/2026 could mean 3 April or 4 March. Your computer’s locale alone is not enough to settle it.

Compare the export with the original statement. A date with a day above 12 can help establish the order, then check that the rest of the file follows it.

My CSVReady guide walks through confirming Day first or Month first before a Xero import. You can test five rows for free and compare the sample with the statement before using the full file.

The dates in the image are illustrative. A format check does not confirm that your accounts are reconciled, and CSVReady cannot see rows you have already imported into Xero.

A quantity box can guide a customer towards a pack size, but the basket still needs to check the order.

For a confidential WooCommerce project, I built quantity rules covering minimums, maximums and ordering multiples, with product and variation overrides.

The checks run when items are added and when quantities change in the basket. Maximums account for what is already there, and a full-basket check covers minimum requirements before checkout.

That detail matters when the same ordering rule has to work across product pages, variations and basket updates. A note saying “sold in packs” only tells part of the story.

Before I build, I agree the site structure, content and functionality with you. That includes the everyday jobs: changing a page, adding a photo or publishing an update.

I build custom WordPress themes and set up the admin so those jobs make sense. You see regular previews during the build, then get a walkthrough at handover.

A WordPress handover is easier when the admin area has been set up for the people using it.

My free Admin Tweaks & Client Handover Toolkit lets you save module switches, role visibility, dashboard widgets and branding as a named preset. Keep up to 10 configurations on the site, apply the one you need and undo the last application if you want to restore those fields.

Current notices, maintenance schedules and personal preferences stay as they are. Review the branding URLs for each site and keep a JSON export as a separate backup.
