My name’s Matt Pinder.
I’m not a mental health worker, or some head strong guru. I’m not a psychologist, or a health expert. Nor a doctor or a therapist. But I am a runner.
I think it was just a moment of madness when I decided I wanted to run 215 miles across the country. But if that’s what it takes to encourage people to start talking about their mental health and raise awareness for charities like and .talks__ then across the country it is 🏃🏽
£1500 ALREADY RAISED SO FAR! Way beyond what I thought we could raise and the £££ are still flying in two weeks out before the run has even started!
More importantly the response on social media from this campaign and the talk on mental health is forever increasing and it gives me goosebumps to see!
Honestly, I don’t have much clue on how to improve anybody’s mental well being, but I want to help, and I do know that CALM can.
The run is two weeks away and we’re just getting started, plastering this campaign all over everybody’s feed! If you don’t know already what or .talks__ is, give their pages a read and see what they’re all about! The work they’re doing is incredible 👏🏼
Almost all of us will encounter some mental health problems at some point in our life, and although it might not be obvious, your friends, family, colleagues or neighbours could be struggling right now. By sharing this campaign it could start the talk for somebody who’s struggling and also introduce them to CALM which could potentially change their life as it did mine.
If you’d like to donate a penny or a pound click the link in my BIO, every penny is appreciated!
Like/Comment/Share the sh** out of this and get as many people talking about mental health as possible!
Love 🤍
