The long weekend is over, and it feels good to have the machines running again. 👍

Now it’s straight back to what we do best: manufacturing complex turned components for OEMs across a range of industries.

Working across a variety of materials, tolerances and batch requirements, our CNC turning capability is set up to deliver the accuracy and repeatability our customers need, part after part!

Have a drawing or model you need turned into a machined part? No problem. 🤝

We can work with pretty much whatever you send over - a simple 2D DXF/DWG or a full 3D model in STEP, IGES or Parasolid.

It doesn’t matter if it’s been created in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or something else entirely - just send it across and we’ll open it up, check everything through and get it ready for manufacture.

From fixed head turning through to sliding head machining, we’ve got the capability in-house to turn bar up to 42mm into high-precision, multi-featured components efficiently, consistently and with the repeatability our customers rely on.

Every job starts with a full F.A.I.R., checking each feature against the drawing and confirming materials against certification.

From there, in-process checks and a simple 2-tray system help keep everything under control and stop anything out of spec from moving forward.

Once complete, parts are cleaned, re-checked and signed off for dispatch - all backed by ISO 9001 UKAS accreditation.
