Nice system upgrade this week. Out with the old back boiler, fire and cylinder in with this Worcester 4000 combi. Condense kept inside to prevent that pesky freezing.

Thanks to Plumbase Barnstaples superb next day parts service I was able to resurrect this rather leaky old boiler for my lovely customers 👍

Eventually the whole house will have Underfloor heating, ground floor and first floor but this customer requested the lounge be done first so the lime screed could be laid. It’s not the usual way of doing things but doable all the same.
