Well it’s safe to say this is one of our best transfigurations yet 🙌
-removal of all old garden walls , dug new footing for walls and a new front extension on outhouse, concreted footing and build new flat block walls and cavity wall side extension to extend existing side extension that was already there, coping stones on walls
-all new timber work across new and existing side extension for the new flat roof
- fibre glass roof on new extension
- built new canopy across front of the house
-full house facia soffits and gutters including extension and canopy
-Full house back to brick, dash full house and all garden walls and shed in sunflower spar
-All new concrete window cills and lintals were needed
-new stench pipe
-new double pvc doors on extension,
-full dig out of front garden turning it into a 3 car drive, using Marshall’s grey Tegula sets with a charcoal border, build a new step and a raised planter ,
Knock of board and skim hall, stairs and landing, also blocking up window and taking down brick banister ready for customer to put newel post spindals and hand rail
