Like skirtings help finish a building at ground level, copings and parapets help define the roofline.

We manufacture copings to suit each project, with options for secret fixing using clips or structural adhesive, as well as face fixing where required. Curved profiles and formed corners can also be produced where the design calls for them, giving more flexibility around the roofline.

With options in aluminium, stainless steel and Plastisol coated steel, the material and finish can be selected to suit the requirements of the project!

A project to remember: Westfield Shopping Centre!

Two years spent working on what was, at the time, Europe’s largest retail construction project made this one a real standout for our team.

Working closely with the designers and our installation partner, Paneltec, we developed and manufactured cladding systems that achieved the visual requirements of both Westfield and John Lewis, while also considering the practicalities of manufacture and installation.

Inconsistent bends had better watch out, we're back on the Edwards Pearson EPT CNC ECO this morning.

Picking up where we left off on Friday is much easier when the bending programs are already stored, so there’s no need to set the machine up again before getting started!

Once the program is loaded, the press brake repeats the same bend angles and dimensions across the batch, keeping production consistent as we get another week underway. 🙌

What a view!

It's incredible to see how much work can be completed in a single setup. Alongside punching and nibbling, the TruPunch 2020 can also form, tap, countersink and mark components without needing to move between different machines.

Keeping more operations on one machine means fewer handling stages, reduced setup times and a smoother flow through production.

The Promecam has been busy working through another cladding job. 👏

As each component is formed on the press brake, our operators verify the bend angles and critical dimensions to make sure every part meets the required specification.

Getting these details right is essential on cladding projects, where even small variations in the forming process can affect fit-up, alignment and installation on site.
