An update from Jalite:
We are delighted to announce that Jalite is now an FPR Holdings company!
We are now under new management and are entering the next phase of growth for Jalite, a long-established and trusted brand.
We want to thank you for your patience and understanding. We really appreciate your continued support.
To reflect on the years following the pandemic; we were greatly impacted by the worldwide disruption to rare earth illuminant extraction; supplied for the pigment in our photoluminescent material. This was compounded by a turbulent political climate, where this extraction usually occurs, environmental considerations for rigid PVC, and an exponential increase in pricing for manufacturing.
We suffered dearly for our unwillingness to compromise on quality, protecting our customers from receiving inferior photoluminescent products because of these disruptions. In essence, our strict quality assurance protocol, commitment to compliance to regulations and conformance to standards, prevented us from ‘making do’ and supplying you with unacceptable products.
With the support of FPR Holdings Ltd., Jalite is now able to dedicate capital to more in-house research and development of photoluminescent pigments and rare earth specifications. We will continue to work with our partners, to ensure key components are in continuous supply to improve our delivery and lead times for our customers.
We are the same team with the same commitments to serving you our customers and authorised distributors of the UK, Europe, China, USA, Africa, and the Middle East.
We are working on a gradual rebuild of our production and are currently working tirelessly through the backlog of orders.
Our team will provide you with updates on your outstanding orders as soon as possible, but we kindly ask that you bear with us during this time.
We are excited for this next phase for Jalite, working to meet and exceed your expectations as we work together.
