Our team has just completed another Gemini 316 Autoclave, and it’s looking fantastic! Built with precision and reliability in mind, this dual-chamber system is designed to deliver exceptional performance for laboratories and research facilities that demand efficiency and versatility.

• Dual 158-litre chambers housed in one robust frame — a total capacity of 316 litres • Independently controlled chambers for flexible operation • Grade 316 stainless steel construction for durability and hygiene • MP25 Controller for precise cycle management • Space-saving design with integral drip tray • Anti door bolt over-tight mechanism for added safety • Operating temperature up to 138°C and working pressure of 2.62 Bar • Power consumption: 18 kW, 3-phase 415V supply

We're excited to share the successful installation of four new autoclaves at a single client site — a major upgrade to their sterilization capabilities!

The Ambassador units offer pass-through, double-door functionality — ideal for high-containment or cleanroom environments where contamination control is critical. Their design supports clear separation between non-sterile and sterile zones, helping to maintain strict workflow and biosecurity standards.

The Sapphire 550 autoclaves feature a large 550-litre square-section chamber, designed to handle high-volume sterilization needs with ease. Each unit is equipped with a robust Hoist and Clamp door system, ensuring secure sealing and smooth operation even with heavy or bulky loads. Built for performance and reliability, the Sapphire 550 is ideal for facilities requiring consistent, high-capacity throughput without compromising on control or safety.
