In just one week's time, next Thursday 4th December, you are invited to join us at the United Reformed Church for a talk on ENERGY!

Catriona Cockburn, CEO and Founder of Energise South Downs, and Richard Daniel, Energy Champion with PeCAN, will explore some of the pressing issues currently surrounding our use of energy: affordability, sustainability, resilience and independence.

Our speakers approach the subject from two perspectives. Catriona and her organization aim to lead the transition from fossil fuels to community owned renewable energy, thus reducing energy costs, building in future energy security and helping to reach net zero goals. Meanwhile, Richard addresses the domestic level – what we as householders can do to improve the energy performance of our own homes.

This promises to be a fascinating evening. Do join us!
