Reach - The Renewable Energy & Community Heating Project

Reach - The Renewable Energy & Community Heating Project "GET SMARTER GET WARMER" What is the REACH project? REACH stands for the Renewable Energy and Community Heating project. It means the world to us...literally. ;)

It is part of Basingstoke Energy Services Co-operative [www.bes.coop] which was founded by Andy Molloy, Martin Heath and Trevor Harding in January 2012. BES Co-op won funding in the 2nd stage of national Renewable Heat Premium Payment scheme (RHPP) which aims to install renewable heat technologies, such as solar thermal panels and heat pumps, in areas that do not have gas supplies, or that have hi

gh levels of fuel poverty. REACH aims to reduce Basingstoke’s carbon footprint, make its homes more comfortable (cheaper to heat!) and alleviate its significant fuel poverty problem. As you know, energy is required for every aspect of our lives. From the food we consume, to the houses we heat; energy is required for the very basics of human survival. We urge you, the people and business of Basingstoke, to get in contact so you can help provide these basics for the people of Basingstoke who really need it, now and for a sustainable future. We can't thank you enough for each and every 'like' and 'share'.
